Blood Card Instructions:

1. Place 1-3 drops of blood onto blotting paper within the circle. Do not flood.

2. Insert lid into top slit (slit close to blotting paper)- leave car in a clean area at room temperature until the blood is dry (~12 hours).

3. Insert lid in to bottom slit for storage or shipping of cards.

4. Place hair sample collection device in resealable plastic bag with submission form for shipping to SEK Genetics.
